Modal is a fabric that comes from wood pulp, especially from the beech tree.
We love this fabric because it is very breathable, soft and resistant.
This printed scarf is ideal to wear around the neck knotted, on the head or on the shoulders as a shawl.
Due to different screen configurations, the colors of the image may vary slightly from the physical scarf.

Modal fabric is a man-made regenerated cellulose fiber made from cellulose fibers from sustainable beech tree plantations.
It is a type of HWM -High Wet Modulus- rayon, a variety of viscose with higher water resistance.
It is used for the manufacture of 100% modal garments or it can be combined with other fabrics, such as silk for example.
The feel of modal is very soft and pleasant, making it a comfortable and cool fabric to wear.
If you want your scarf to last for many years, we recommend:
Dry clean or hand wash in lukewarm water.
Use detergent for delicate garments.
Do not wring out.
Do not hang with tweezers or in the sun.
Iron at medium temperature, on the back side and with a damp scarf.
